MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ATLAS, District Judge.

The Court has before it Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Petroleum Marketing Practices Act (“PMPA”) Claims [Doe. #42] (“Defendants’ Motion”). Defendants’Motion has been fully briefed and is ripe for determination. 1 Having consid ered the parties’ briefs and applicable legal authorities, the Court concludes Defendants’ Motion should be granted.
