Defendant railway company appeals from an adverse judgment in the sum of $15,000 for personal injuries alleged to have been received by appellee as the result of a collision involving an electric interurban train of appellant. Two automobiles suffered from the impact, to wit, plaintiff’s automobile, and the motor car of defendant Cham pión. The accident occurred on the late afternoon of March 21,1944, at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Wilton Place in the city of Los Angeles.
