Irving C. Lavendol died testate in Reno, Washoe County, in July, 1920, leaving a widow, Alice White Lavendol, and a minor son, Leonard L. Lavendol, the issue of his marriage with his said wife, which occurred at Hoboken, N. J., in December, 1906. At the time of his death the deceased lived separate and apart from his family, and had so lived since July, 1919, apparently because of domestic differences.
