MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BECHTLE, District Judge.
This action commenced on December 28, 1983, when plaintiff, an inmate at Holmes-burg Prison, filed a complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Presently before the court is defendants’ motion for summary judgment. For the reasons stated below the motion will be granted.
I. FACTS
