The appellant, Effie Anderson, now Mc-Callum, prosecutes this appeal from a judgment of the trial court denying recovery in a suit against Nettie Anderson as the widow; Hoxie Anderson as the surviving son of C. L. Anderson; and Hoxie Anderson as the executor of the estate of Charles Anderson, a deceased son of C. L. Anderson.
