This is an attorney discipline proceeding. The accused and the Oregon State Bar submitted to the trial panel a “Joint Stipulation of Facts and Recommendation” 1 in which the accused admitted violations of Disciplinary Rule 2-106(A) and former Disciplinary Rules 1-102(A)(4) and 9-102(A) 2 of the Code of Professional Responsibility.
