This lawsuit is one of many in the federal courts involving the application of the Supreme Court’s decision in FTC v. Actavis, Inc., — U.S. -, 133 S.Ct. 2223, 186 L.Ed.2d 343 (2013), to settlements between branded and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers.
