PARKER, J., pro tem.

This is an action brought by plaintiffs to recover damages resulting from an accident wherein their minor son was killed by an interurban train of the defendant railway company.

The case was tried before a jury and a verdict returned in favor of plaintiffs, and in accord with said verdict judgment was duly entered. Defendant’s motion for a new trial was denied. The appeal of defendant from said judgment is now before us. A discussion of the arguments presented by both sides necessarily involves analysis of the facts and further it will require that not only the facts…
