Claimant filed a petition for compensation on behalf of herself and two minor children under sixteen years of age. She averred that her husband, Rodger Johnson, died as the result of an accident in the course of his employment with defendant on July 20, 1934. From an award in her favor defendant’s insurance carrier appealed unsuccessfully to the Workmen’s Compensation Board and the court below.
