Trial was held on this matter and a companion case which is a turnover action, Adversary No. A88-4056, 97 B.R. 561, which is entitled W. Edward Plihal, Plaintiff, v. The Austin Co., Inc., Defendant and First National Bank of Wahoo, Intervenor, on January 6 and January 20, 1989.
