The plaintiff, United States Lines (S.A.), Inc. (the “Debtor” or “SA”), one of the debtors and debtors in possession, filed a motion for summary judgment and one of the defendants, the United States of America, on behalf of the Maritime Administration (“MARAD”), has cross-moved for summary judgment.
