MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

H. CLYDE PEARSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

The issue before the Court is whether two (2) Claims of Glamorgan Coal Corporation (“Glamorgan”) in the amounts of $131,796.50 and $60,000.00 are administrative priority expenses pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503.

On December 16, 1982, the Debtor filed its Chapter 11 case in this Court seeking reorganization of its financial affairs. Following many hearings and issues raised, by adversary proceedings and otherwise, the Court on February 1, 1984 directed the Debtor to file a Disclosure Statement and Plan on or before February 28, 1984.
