Richard J. Briden (“appellant”) appeals from an order entered April 19, 1985 in the District of Massachusetts, Andrew A. Caf-frey, Chief Judge, dismissing an appeal from a judgment of the bankruptcy court, James N. Gabriel, Bankruptcy Judge, entered August 12, 1983, and affirming the bankruptcy court’s holding that appellant was liable to the estate of Arrowhead Gardens, Inc.
