Plaintiff, a resident and taxpayer of Salt Lake City, Utah, applied to this court for a writ of prohibition. She seeks to prohibit the defendants from further proceeding with the performance of a contract with Ryiberg Bros, for the construction of a storm sewer for Salt Lake City, Utah. Upon her petition and affidavit a citation was issued directing that defendants show cause before this court why the writ prayed for should not be granted.
