This is an original proceeding in this court, brought upon notice to the defendants, seeking a peremptory writ of prohibition to prevent Lehi City, its mayor and councilmen, from entering into a conditional sales contract with Fairbanks, Morse & Co. for the purchase and installation of a certain electrical generating unit with its accessories*.
