VAUGHN, Judge.
Plaintiff brings forward many assignments of error regarding evidentiary matters at trial and the judge’s refusal to set aside the verdict. At the outset, we must cite plaintiff’s counsel with multiple violations of the Rules of Appellate Procedure.
