In these consolidated appeals, plaintiff, Phyllis Matney, and defendants, Southfield Bowl and Central National Insurance Company (hereinafter Southfield Bowl) and the Second Injury Fund, appeal by leave granted from a decision of the Worker’s Compensation Appellate Commission.
