Plaintiffs David S. -Colin, Arthur C. Prewitt, and Hal Craig Hartsell, Jr. bring this action against Defendants Marconi Commerce Systems Employees’ Retirement Plan (the “Marconi Commerce Plan”), Marconi Commerce Systems Employees’ Retirement Plan Committee (“Marconi Commerce Committee”), Dan-aher Corporation and Subsidiaries Pension Plan (the “Danaher Plan”), Danaher Corporation (“Danaher”), and Gilbarco, Inc.
