MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
COGAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff is a professor at Medgar Evers College (“MEC”), a four-year college within the City University of New York (“CUNY”). He alleges that he was illegally retaliated against, in violation of his rights under Title VII, the First Amendment, and corresponding state and local law, for supporting the complaint of his subordinate and colleague, Prof. Evelyn Maggio, that she was sexually harassed by another faculty member, Dr. Emmanuel Egbe, and for successfully challenging the credentials of another faculty member, Veronica Udeogalanya.
