Plaintiff Special Hagan, an African-American former Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer for the City of New York, brings this action pro se against the City and several of its officials pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983, the New York State Human Rights Law (SHRL), N.Y. Exec. L. §§ 290 et seq., and the New York City Human Rights Law (CHRL), N.Y.C. Admin. Code §§ 8-107 et seq.
