This is a companion case to In the Matter of the Disbarment Proceedings of Ginger, 6 Cir., 372 F.2d 620, in which the court today affirmed the judgment of the district court striking the name of Mr. Ginger from the rolls of attorneys permitted to practice at the bar of that court.
