COLLINS, Justice.

Kenneth Horne appeals an adverse declaratory judgment rendered by the Superi- or Court (York County, Brennan, J.). That judgment declared Catherine A. Gon-thier and Florence Frost to be the owners, subject to Horne’s life estate, 1 of a parcel of land to which Horne claims ownership through adverse possession. Contrary to Horne’s contention, we find that the evidence was sufficient to support the Superi- or Court’s judgment, and we affirm.
