Maurice Morrow, d/b/a Maurice Morrow Construction, appeals and Hazel A. Kleinsehmidt cross-appeals from the entry of a judgment after a jury-waived trial in the Superior Court (Lincoln County, Perkins, J.) awarding compensatory damages to Kleinsehmidt on her complaint against Morrow.
