This is a controversy between redemptioners and the purchaser at a junior mortgage foreclosure sale. The questions presented by the purchaser are: (1) Did respondents have the right of redemption since realty and personalty were sold together for a lump sum? It is the contention of the purchaser that there can be no redemption of personal property and that absolute ownership thereof now vests in him.
