This is a suit brought by the plaintiffs to quiet their title in and to certain real property described us follows:

“Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), and Sixteen (16), Block 7 of Central Point, Jackson County, Oregon.”

*293The defendant appeared, alleging an interest in the real property above described, and the trial court determined upon plaintiffs ’ motion for a judgment on the pleadings that the defendant had no interest in or to the said real property, thereupon quieting the title in the plaintiffs free and clear of defendant’s claims.
