Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered April 5, 1978, convicting defendant on a nonjury trial of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law, § 160.15), and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment not to exceed 10 years, is unanimously affirmed. The primary issue raised relates to the alleged failure of the District Attorney to give to defendant’s attorney adequate pretrial notice of the content of a statement alleged to have been made by defendant to a police officer.
