{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants the city of Cleveland, Shanna Stosak, Tracy McArthur, and Renee O’Neill appeal the decision of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas that denied their motion for summary judgment, which asserted political-subdivision immunity. Plaintiff-appellee Douglas Johnson filed a cross-appeal challenging the trial court’s denial of a motion to strike. For the reasons stated herein, we reverse the decision of the trial court on the summary-judgment ruling and enter judgment in favor of defendants-appellants on all claims. We also overrule the…
