This is an action by The Antlers Athletic Association, a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Colorado, against Gus Hartung, Norton Montgomery and Walter F. O’Brien, as members of the State Boxing Commission of Colorado, and The American Legion, Department of Colorado, a corporation.
