Petitioner Adam Darrick Toghill, a Virginia inmate, appeals the district court’s denial of his habeas petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2254(d), in which he challenges his state court conviction for computer solicitation of acts of sodomy from a minor under the age of 15, in violation of Va.
