OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
The government has moved pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 47 to reopen a suppression hearing held on June 25, 1987. By opinion signed July 21, 1987, 666 F.Supp. 494, the court suppressed certain physical evidence including drugs and drug paraphernalia seized in violation of the defendant Abdullah Nezaj’s (“Nezaj”) constitutional rights. The government seeks to reopen the hearing in order to present evidence it chose not to present to the court on the 25th.
