ELDRIDGE, Judge.
The issue presented in this case is whether Maryland law recognizes tort actions filed by a husband against his wife for fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress when the actions are based upon the wife’s alleged adultery and subse quent misrepresentation of the paternity of children born during the marriage.
