MEMORANDUM OPINION

DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.

This interpleader action arises from a dispute as to the proper beneficiary under a policy of life insurance issued by Plaintiff on the life of Charles W. Harrison, deceased. The policy in question was a group policy covering employees of the State of Oklahoma. The deceased was covered under said policy for a period of time prior to this death while employed by an agency of the State, and Defendant Charles T. Harrison, the deceased’s son, was designated as beneficiary. Shortly prior to his death, (three days) the deceased transferred to another state…
