MEMORANDUM OPINION

DAUGHERTY, District Judge.

These cases are actions by Plaintiffs Stoltz, Wagner & Brown, a Partnership, and Coseka Resources (U.S.A.) Limited against Defendants Cimarron Exploration Company and G. Weaver Jordan, for damages sustained by Plaintiffs as a result of Defendants’ alleged breach of two separate Exploration Agreements. It is asserted and the Court finds that subject matter jurisdiction is present by reason of diversity of citizenship and amount in controversy pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
