BAUM, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by special court-martial of a variety of disrespect, disobedience and assault .offenses arising out of two incidents of drunkenness. These incidents also resulted in two drunk and disorderly convictions based on a plea of guilty to one and not guilty to the other. On review below, some of the findings were reduced to lesser included offenses and the sentence reassessed accordingly.
