Plaintiff Fundador Moreno Medina and his consensual partner Ivette Banuchi Rodriguez (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) bring suit for money damages against several on-scene and supervisory officers of the Puerto Rico Police Department (“PRPD”) under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violations of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments 1 to the United States Constitution, stemming from allegedly unreasonable searches and seizures.
