OPINION

GREENWOOD, Judge:

Defendant Ronnie S. Brooks appeals from a conviction of aggravated sexual assault and aggravated burglary, first degree felonies. We affirm defendant’s conviction on both counts.

BACKGROUND

After a jury trial, defendant was convicted of aggravated sexual assault, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-405 (1990) and aggravated burglary, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-203 (1990).
