This matter is before this court upon the appeal of Deborah Landis et al., appellants, from a judgment in favor of Richard M. Hunt et al., appellees. The underlying facts are as follows: In March 1981, a pathology report was sent to Tom Landis’s family physician, Dr. Young, indicating that a mole that had been removed from his right thigh was not malignant. After experiencing various discomforts, Tom Landis made an appointment to be examined by a specialist in dermatology.
