This is a consolidated appeal from a judgment of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, which ruled in favor of Elaine Fehrenbacher, defendantappellee, in an action for unpaid legal fees filed by plaintiff-appellant, Nwabueze Okocha. Okocha’s claim arose out of a contingent fee arrangement with Fehrenbacher in which Okocha agreed to handle Fehrenbacher’s discrimination claim against her former employer, Southwest General Hospital.
