This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss. There are three Motions pending: one brought by Defendants Dispute Management Services, LLC, National Arbitration Forum, Inc., and National Arbitration Forum, LLC; one by Defendants Accretive, LLC, and Agora; and one by Defendant Mann Bracken LLP. On February 3, 2010, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation consolidated all pending cases to this Court for pretrial purposes.
