This case comes before the court on K-Mart’s motion for summary judgment, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. (Doc. 41)
Uncontroverted Material Facts
Plaintiff is a forty year old female who began working at the K-Mart store in Salina, Kansas, in September, 1987. She initially worked at the checkout counter, and later worked in the pharmacy and with health and beauty aids. In April, 1989, she was assigned to work in layaway.
