HOLLOWAY, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff-appellant Shelley Sprague brought the present action against defendants, alleging gender discrimination and sexual harassment in violation of Title VII and the Kansas Acts Against Discrimination, K.S.A. § 44-1001, et seq, constructive and retaliatory discharge, breach of contract, 1 and violation of the Equal Pay Act. The United States District Court for the District of Kansas entered summary judgment against Sprague on each of her claims and this appeal followed, asserting error in the summary judgment ruling.
