MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiffs are laborers who performed construction and carpentry work for Defendant Tito Contractors at various project sites in the Washington metropolitan area. They brought this action against Tito and its owner seeking unpaid overtime wages under the Fair Labor Stan dards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 207. Plaintiffs now file this Motion for Conditional Class Certification under the FLSA’s “collective action” provision, 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), attempting to create a conditional class of current and former Tito laborers.
