This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Conditional Approval of a Collective Action under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b). See Dkt. 17. Although Plaintiffs’ factual proffer tests the limits of what is minimally necessary to justify conditional approval, the Court nonetheless concludes that they have made the requisite “modest factual showing.” That said, the Court will limit the collective action to persons bringing claims that have accrued within the three years preceding the…
