Cotton States Mutual Insurance Company (“Cotton States”) issued a liability insurance policy to North Metro Directories Publishing, LLC (“North Metro”). The issue on appeal is whether Cotton States has a duty to defend North Metro against a complaint for damages brought by one of its customers. The trial court found Cotton States had no duty to defend and granted summary judgment to the insurer.
