1Opinion of the Court

VANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1] Ritter, Laber and Associates, Inc., Elizabeth Cantarme, as the personal representative of the estate of Eugene Burdick, and Russell Kiker appeal from a district court judgment approving a settlement in a class action and awarding attorney fees and costs to the plaintiffs and an incentive payment to the three class representatives. We affirm, concluding the court did not err in refusing to reform the parties’ settlement agreement and did not abuse its discretion in awarding attorney fees and incentive payments.
