The San Diego County District Attorney filed a petition pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 602, alleging that Arthur V., a minor, committed one count of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily harm (Pen. Code,1 § 245, subd. (a)(1)) (count 1), one count of assault with a deadly weapon (§ 245, subd. (a)(1)) (count 2), and one count of unlawful and malicious damage and destruction of personal property valued in excess of $400 (§ 594, subds. (a), (b)(1)) (count 3).
