Mary Bailey, administratrix of the estate of George Richard Washington, deceased, instituted this action against C. V. Hunter, Inc., 1 and James Edward Franklin to recover for the wrongful death of her decedent as a result of alleged injuries sustained in an automo bile accident. Defendants filed grounds of defense denying that the accident was the cause of decedent’s death.
