Reversing.

Appellee instituted the action against appellant to recover as beneficiary of an insurance policy on the life of his son. By the terms of the contract, appellant agreed, upon due proof of the death of the insured, to pay to the beneficiary the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), with double indemnity in the event of accidental death.
