This is an appeal from the district court’s ruling on appellees’ motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 50 and, alternatively, appel-lees’ motion for a new trial pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59. Finding that appellants had not established causation as their claims required, the district court granted appellees’ motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and, alternatively, ap-pellees’ motion for a new trial.
