OPINION OF THE COURT

STAPLETON, Circuit Judge.

In this product liability, diversity action, appellant Nancy Hon seeks recovery for the death of her husband, William. The district court entered summary judgment for appellee Stroh Brewery Company (Stroh). See Hon v. Stroh Brewery Co., 665 F.Supp. 1140 (M.D.Pa.1987). Because we find that triable issues of fact exist, we will reverse.
